Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Tell us first — Contact details for this store are shown on the storefront.

Items should come back unused and in their original packaging, with any seal intact. We cannot accept a return of an item that has been opened where the seal is what keeps it sound.

Once we have the item back and have checked it, we refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.

If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or faulty, the return costs you nothing and we cover the postage both ways.
