Orders are usually prepared within a few business days of payment clearing. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery estimates are the carrier’s, not a guarantee. Once a parcel is with the carrier, its progress is outside our control, though we will help you chase it.

Shipping charges and the places we ship to are shown at checkout. If your address is somewhere we cannot serve, checkout will tell you before you pay rather than after.
