Terms of service

These terms cover your use of this store and anything you buy from it. TORVA DEMO ("we", "us") operates it. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Prices and availability can change, and an item can sell out between you adding it to a basket and paying. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when it is placed. We may decline an order — for example where we cannot verify the details, cannot ship to the address, or suspect fraud.

Products sold here are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not for administration to, or ingestion by, humans or animals. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified buyer purchasing for research use, that you are of legal age where you live, and that you will handle, store and dispose of what you buy in line with the rules that apply to you.

Nothing on this store is a medical claim. No product here is offered to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything.

We are responsible for what the law says we are responsible for, and we do not try to exclude anything that cannot be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
